1. Conformance status
Mystery-Shopper.pl is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Automated checks of key pages have not identified critical accessibility errors, but a complete expert audit involving users of assistive technologies has not yet been performed. We therefore do not claim full conformance.
We publish this statement voluntarily to provide a transparent account of the website’s accessibility and improvement process. It will be updated after major functional changes and future reviews.
2. Scope
This statement covers public pages in the mystery-shopper.pl domain, including Polish and English content, service and industry pages, contact forms, the auditor application form, legal documents and the privacy preference interface.
3. Accessibility measures
- semantic headings, page regions, form labels and text alternatives for controls;
- a “Skip to content” link for keyboard users;
- visible keyboard focus and keyboard operation of navigation and privacy settings;
- text and interactive-control contrast designed for Level AA;
- responsive layouts and no restriction on browser zoom;
- reduced animation when the operating system requests
prefers-reduced-motion; - form status messages announced through
aria-liveregions; - correct document-language attributes for Polish and English pages.
4. Known limitations
- Google reCAPTCHA is a third-party component loaded when a form is used. We do not have full control over every interface and message rendered by that provider.
- Automated testing does not cover every WCAG criterion, particularly the quality of screen-reader, voice-control and real-world complex form experiences.
- Some older content pages may have a less uniform visual structure even though their core information and links remain available.
Newly identified barriers will be addressed as part of ongoing website maintenance.
5. Technical compatibility
The website is intended to work with current versions of widely used desktop and mobile browsers. JavaScript is required for forms, privacy settings and the protected display of direct contact details. Core content and the postal address remain available when JavaScript is disabled.
6. Reporting a barrier

7. Assessment method
This statement is based on a self-assessment covering HTML structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus, contrast, form labels, responsive behaviour and automated accessibility testing. The reference standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
8. Improvement plan
- repeat tests after each major website change;
- review key journeys with a keyboard and screen reader;
- record confirmed non-conformities and target correction dates in this statement;
- prioritise barriers reported by users.
