Website Terms of Use

Rules for using public content, the business enquiry form and the mystery auditor application form on Mystery-Shopper.pl.

Effective: 3 September 2026Electronic services

In brief: the website and forms are free to use. Submitting a form does not conclude an audit contract; it sends an enquiry or application. Commercial project terms are agreed separately.

1. Service provider

The service provider and website operator is IQ CORPORATION PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA (IQ CORPORATION P.S.A.), 40/1 Prezydenta Gabriela Narutowicza Street, 90-135 Łódź, Poland, KRS 0000992173, VAT ID 7252323396, REGON 523129559. Contact: Show email address, Show phone number. See the Legal Notice for full details.

2. Electronic services

The provider makes the following services available free of charge:

  • access to publicly available website content;
  • sending a business enquiry through the contact form;
  • sending an expression of interest in working as an auditor.

The forms are communication tools. Submission does not create an audit, employment or assignment contract and does not guarantee acceptance for any project.

3. Technical requirements

Use requires an Internet-connected device, a current browser supporting HTML5, CSS and TLS encryption and — for forms — JavaScript. Form users should have access to the email address they provide. Form protection by reCAPTCHA may require Google resources to be loaded.

4. Formation and termination

The content access service begins when a page is opened and ends when the user leaves the website. The form service lasts for the submission and technical handling of the message; before submission, the user can end it by closing the page. Any later correspondence or cooperation is subject to separately agreed terms.

5. Acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information where necessary and comply with law, good practice and third-party rights. Users must not submit unlawful content, malicious code or infringing material; send spam; overload forms; bypass security; test vulnerabilities without authorisation; impersonate others; or use another person's data without a legal basis. The provider may stop handling abusive messages and take proportionate protective measures.

6. Risks and security

Internet use involves risks including malware, phishing, email account compromise, unauthorised access and data loss. Users should keep devices and browsers updated and avoid submitting passwords or unnecessary sensitive data. The website uses HTTPS and safeguards intended to reduce automated abuse.

7. Complaints

A complaint about an electronic service may be sent by email or post using the details in section 1. It should identify the user, service and event date, explain the issue and state the requested outcome. We handle complaints without undue delay, normally within 14 days, and may request information needed to examine the matter.

8. Personal data and cookies

Data processing, reCAPTCHA and privacy choices are described in the Privacy and Cookie Policy. A saved choice can be reopened at any time with the floating settings icon.

9. Liability and technical interruptions

The provider uses due care to keep the website secure and available but may interrupt it for updates, maintenance or incident response. Liability is determined by mandatory law; these terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Amendments and governing law

These terms may change for a valid reason, including changes to law, website functions, provider details or security. A new version applies from the effective date displayed on the page without affecting acquired rights. Polish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules.
